Troodos
The only mountains of Cyprus are available almost from every place on the island, nonetheless if we want to focus on visiting the most interesting places on this island and we plan to visit Troodos, it is better to set off from Limassol. Troodos is the birthplace of Cypriot culture – we scarcely encounter here tourist resorts or big and inflated attractions – just on the contrary we can meet here real Cypriots, we can not only learn about their world of orchards, wineries, but also get to know their culture during visits to churches and monasteries.
