Clothes
In summer months from July to the end of August it is so hot, that even in the evenings people wear loose T-shirts and have their legs uncovered. During the day it is hard to wear something warmer than bikini or swimming suit. Take with you light clothes and comfortable flip-flops that will scarcely cover your feet. Built-up shoes will be necessary during trips to the mountains. Months from September to June may be a little bit colder. In May, June, and September long-sleeved sweatshirts will be useful for going for a walk across the beach in the evening. In winter months we will need long trousers and sweatshirts, and what is more interesting, the native Cypriots wear even fur coats, however, if a tourist, who comes from the Continent, is eager for warmth, the lowest temperatures at the level of 15 Celsius degrees will not discourage him.
